This is a growing business within the strata field, and they are looking to take on someone to support the Strata Manager with administration and anything else needed. If you have 6-12 months strata experience and is looking to take the next step in your career in short, this could be the ultimate opportunity for you!
They work with large buildings, mainly based in the city and their clients are loyal and easy to deal with. As a Strata Manager, you will be responsible for approximately 20 buildings who all have Building Managers, which makes the job easier for you.
The Duties:
- Liaising with clients and day to day management of your portfolio of buildings
- Creating work orders and general administration work
- Managing and controlling the budgets for the buildings
- Holding AGM’s & EC meetings
- Coordinating trades and dealing with Property Managers and Building Managers
The Successful Applicant:
- 3-5 years’ Strata experience
- Strata Certificate or Strata License up to date
- Experience with Strata Max is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
