Your new role
As sales agent for this successful agency you will be responsible for all aspects of real estate sales including; prospecting, buyer call backs, open-for-inspections, database management, negotiate property prices and settlement periods with multiple stakeholders and project manage the property sale in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a confident phone manner and a strong motivation to succeed in the industry. The successful candidate will be passionate with a genuine love of property. Your ability to build rapport with customers, follow through and convert sales using your exceptional people skills and an organised approach will give you the potential of a rewarding career. You must hold an ACT / NSW real estate license and a valid driving license and vehicle.
