Due to an internal promotion, a friendly and growing facilities management service provider is looking for a Facilities Administration Manager to help oversee the administrative and processing side of a major account. Leading a team of Facilities Co-Ordinators, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery and completion of work orders in accordance to KPI's and compliance.

Your accountabilities will include:

• Co-ordination and tracking of work order requests and ensuring effective prioritisation
• Mentoring team members to reach their target KPI’s on a daily basis and increase productivity
• Monitoring and maintaining business processes and systems
• Ensuring compliance of business and client’s KPI’s
• Developing ongoing partnerships with the client and providing monthly reports.

Your key skills/background:

• Confident communication skills to form sound relationships with the client and contractors
• Experienced team leader who is able to train, develop and inspire
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management with prior knowledge of dealing with high volume work requests
• Proven experience with contractors and compliance.
