Belle Property Double Bay is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Leasing Consultant to our team.
Essential for the role:
- Previous experience in a support or leasing function
- Possession of a Certificate of Registration
- Current Driver's Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration skills – organised, thorough, systems orientated with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent levels of computer literacy / ability to use Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- The ability to create a positive and professional impression on clients and to strive for superior client service
- An ability to work under limited supervision
- Proactive, punctual and reliable
- Well-presented and well spoken
Your role will include but not limited to:
- Call-backs from Saturday and mid-week open homes
- Just listed and Just leased calls
- Managing tenants in the database, adding requirements and setting tasks
- Replying to email enquiries
- Enter names and numbers into the database and sending application forms
- Create and manage a hot tenant list and update these tenants on new listings
- Facilitate private tenant appointments
- Conduct open homes alongside lead agent
- Process applications and complete reference checks
- Participate in KPI review processes to establish areas for improvement
