The Team Manager will provide a high level of administrative support and will offer exemplary customer service to existing and prospective clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a stable job in the real estate industry with ongoing training and support. You will have a real sense of ownership and responsibility in this role as you oversee vital parts of property transactions by following (and improving) procedures to ensure a great experience for clients and allowing our business to grow. You support a high achieving lead agent and associate in order to free up their time to be able to focus on prospecting, listing and selling.
Qualifications/requirements:
- Certificate 4 in Property (preferred but not essential)
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Effective organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including but not limited to, Word, Publisher & Excel
- Willing and able to follow procedures

The role includes the following tasks among others:
- Coordinating properties from point of listing to on the market
- Managing properties from contract completion through to settlement
- Preparing and delivering a range of marketing materials and reports
- Attending photoshoots and writing ad wording
- Overseeing and contributing to social media accounts
- Updating and “cleaning” database
- Taking enquiry and resolving issues for current clients when agents unavailable
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Some weekend work may be required.
