The company

Redpath's client are a rapidly expanding investment platform, with a focus upon Industrial/Logistics Real Estate assets. Having grown from strength to strength since inception, they are now looking to further build out their Capital Transactions team. 

The opportunity

Reporting into the Manager of Capital Transactions, the role of Transactions Analyst will have broad responsibilities focused upon the analytics associated with the acquisition and disposition of Real Estate assets across Australia.  Your duties will include:

• Investment analysis of acquisitions and disposals;
• Analysis of real estate investment markets;
• Market intelligence and transaction monitoring;
• Assisting in the preparation of Investment Committee Papers;
• Assisting Transaction Manager with property due diligence where required;
• Managing relationships with external consultants and internal business units; 
• Building relationships within the broader Real Estate Team.

The candidate

In order to be consider for the opportunity, it is important you are able to meet the following criteria:

• Strong technical financial modelling skills.
• A minimum of three years' experience gained within: valuations/real estate advisory/research/property analytics. Exposure to Industrial/Logistics assets is not imperative but is advantageous. 
• High level interpersonal and communication skills due to the broad interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
