ABOUT THE ROLE.
In this position of a leasing agent you will report to the Director of Projects. In this role you will be will be working in all aspects of leasing. This includes dealing with tenants and landlords, providing feedback and negotiating lease terms. You will be expected to work closely with internal stakeholders across Property management, and the Accounts and Administration.
DUTIES.
- responding to rental enquiries
- writing and posting online property advertisements
- preparing and displaying inspection signage
- ingoing inspection reports
- conducting open for inspections and private inspections
- processing application forms including conducting reference checks
- liaising with and updating landlords, including providing feedback on leasing status, market feedback and recommendations. Price suggestions and appraisal
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Rstate licence
- Ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is advantageous
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
- Solid knowledge of the Sydney property market
- Strong negotiation & relationship management skills
- Ability to follow up leads and work through a database to generate sales
- Unrestricted NSW Drivers License
- Strong time management and prioritisation ability
