As a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, you will utilise your sales experience to develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates, consult with organisations on their business and recruitment needs and offer your expertise whilst ensuring all experience the enviable reputation Hays offers. You will be presentable in a corporate environment. You will be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft office suite and have evidence of using new systems and processes with ease. You will demonstrate commerciality and the potential for success.
This position will see you specialising in the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff requirements in the Property industry. You will have experience working in Sales and exposure to business development and account management will be beneficial. Your experience and success in KPI's and financial targets will see you successful through our training programme. Those with higher education will be highly regarded.
