The Company
Our client prides themselves on their ability to provide their clients with an effective and comprehensive strata management service. They are located conveniently in the beautiful Sydney CBD and focus on management of high-end, prestige apartment buildings.
The Role
Join them now as their Strata Manager and take over a well-maintained and high-end portfolio in the CBD. They are dealing with extremely sophisticated EC's and clients and are looking for someone who has the ability to provide them exceptional Customer Service. You will be responsible for 12 buildings and 3 BMC's and a total of approximately 2000 lots.
Duties
- Day to day management of the portfolio
- Liaising with stake holders (including Body Corporate and Trades People)
- Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurances)
- Preparing for and attending meetings
- Taking minutes, and completing work orders
The Applicant
- A minimum of 3 years' Strata Management experience
- Strata Certificate or Strata License
- Ideally exposure to BMC's
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle high end clientele
