The Company

A leading Australian business with an enviable track record in investing institutional capital into major properties on a national scale. The organisation has significant funds under management above $5bn and a significant appetite for growth.

The Opportunity

As Asset Manager you will be responsible for maximising the net operating income and capital growth of the portfolio under management and to actively participate in the management of leasing each asset.

You will also prepare business plans in accordance with the financial targets for the broader group and prepare and maintain financial budgets and forecasts.

In terms of relationships, you will be responsible for ensuring customer management (tenants), capital transactions (internal), operations, financial management, team management and assigned projects (all external).

You will drive the objectives across a portfolio of office assets located in Sydney, Melbourne and a couple of the smaller capital cities on the Eastern Seaboard.

The Candidate

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the management of office properties or portfolios, this can be in both property & asset management capacity

Understand and utilise relevant market metrics across property sectors and valuation metrics.

Application of broad business skills in the area of leasing, valuation, development, property management and asset management.
