Here’s your opportunity to join Mordialloc’s longest standing agency – Bayview Real Estate, a unique boutique office renowned for its amazing culture and well respected team.
The position will be for approximately 9 months which is a maternity leave position with the possibility of a permanent position. It is a full time position with some flexibility in relation to hours and is located in bayside Mordialloc.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated person looking to further their career in Real Estate Property Management. Alternating Saturday’s with a Friday RDO in lieu.
You will be responsible for one of our property portfolios. Duties will include : -
- Professionally communicating with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
- Conducting lease renewals, rent reviews, ingoing, routine and final inspections.
- Identifying and reporting on routine, urgent and proactive maintenance.
- Communicating to landlords during the leasing and tenant selection process.
- VCAT preparation and attendance, if necessary.
- Will need a current Agents Representative Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence and mobile phone
