The Company:
Ingenia Communities is a leading Australian property group that owns, operates and develops a growing portfolio of lifestyle communities and tourist parks across key urban and coastal markets. We are seeking an experienced Senior Development Manager to join our busy and growing team.
Reporting to the NSW Regional Development Manager, you will assist the Development and Acquisitions team with the active development management of new and existing projects including conversion villages and manufactured estates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise and project manager seniors living projects
- Ensure specific KPIs and budget requirements are met
- Manage the tender and construction process including management of external consultants
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams for each project
- Reporting on development, project status, forecasted completion cost v budget and more
- Assist with assessment and feasibility of acquisition opportunities
- Build positive working relationships with all stakeholders
About You:
- Solid experience in a similar with an understanding of planning application and approval processes
- A background in residential planning, staging and design (ideally seniors living)
- Understanding of civil works, infrastructure and services
- You will thrive on developing strong working relationships both internally and externally
- High level of commercial acumen
- Proactive with a positive attitude, patient and flexible in your work approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively
