Our client is a well-established boutique Residential Communities Property Developer with a strong company ethos and commitment to the legacy they leave behind for future generations. They have a reputation for providing a fantastic organisational culture consisting of a strong commitment to their people and a focus on fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. This has led to an extremely low staff-turnover and all new appointments have been a result of growth.

A change of strategy coupled with newly acquired sites has led to organic growth and a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Development Manager to join their team, managing several projects at different stages, across the full life cycle but an initial focus on delivery, and providing leadership to junior employees in the project team. You will have diversity in the projects you are managing, including the West and South/East growth corridors and they will be substantial medium to large projects.

We are looking for someone with the following skillset:

• Degree qualifications in Property, Construction, Finance/Valuation, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning or similar
• Previous experience as a Development Manager with strong experience in Land
• Similar strong community-focused values 
• Delivery experience is essential
• Ability to manage several projects at different stages
• Drivers licence and own vehicle and ability to travel if required
