You will be working with one of Melbourne's fastest growing developers. With the business increasing, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio which includes luxury town-homes, multi residential and now expanding into student accommodation. Your new role
Due to this rapid growth, my client is seeking a Junior Development/Project Manager to asist on a variety of live and pipeline projects. You will be working in a cohesive, driven team assisting on a variety of stages throughout different projects life cycles.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for a candidate who mirrors their drive for success, ideally seeking an individual who has 1-2 years experience within project or development management. Reporting to the existing Development Managers, the required skills for the role are, but not limited to:

• Project/Development management experience
• Have the ability to work autonomously where necessary
• Experience in sales & marketing
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Forecasting
• Design/Budgeting
