Operating out of stunning offices on the North Shore utilise the latest technology to maintain and protect their client's homes and investments. Monday - Friday, we are currently seeking a Strata Manager to join this fun yet professional team.
 
Currently seeking a Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure. Managing a portfolio of properties, this is an opportunity that will see you:

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
• Convene and conduct meetings
• Periodic inspections
• No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided

 
The Candidate

• Previous Experience in Strata Management  
• Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
• Have a high level of computer skills
• The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
• Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
