Our client, a successful agency in the inner North East, is currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to take on a well looked after portfolio of approximately 190 - 200 local properties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years property management experience.

- Managing a portfolio of 190 local properties
- Great Department / team structure
- Standard hours Monday to Friday - 1 in 4 Saturdays
- Software: Macpro & RP Office
- Free 3 hour parking behind office
- Motivated and ready to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of exceptional portfolio management
- Strong prioritising, attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proactive and self motivated
- Must hold an Agent's Representative Certificate
- Valid drivers license and clear police check
