The Role
This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Development Manager with a track record of bringing in seven to ten new listings per month. You will have a passion for Sales and Property Management and a proven track record of sourcing new listings and meeting KPI's and targets. This is a fantastic role where your duties will predominately consist of but not limited to prospecting the market for leads, securing new managements and owner liaison.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to increase profitability and turnover
- Assisting the agency in growing the rental portfolio
- Minimum of two years' experience in a BDM position within Real Estate
- Interested in Business Development and a desire to assist the agency in growing the portfolio
