About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, energetic sales consultant who is customer focused to manage all aspects of our onsite operations in the Geelong region. We are seeking only the best with a proven track record in onsite management and selling master planned communities.
Skills and experience
Must have a current Agents Representative Certificate. Experience in land sales is required. Experience in house and land sales is also be favourably considered.
Candidate should have computer skills and understand the importance of maintaining a current and accurate database.
You will be required to be pro-active in your work habits and enjoy working autonomously. You will be expected to work 5 days/week including weekends. A snap shot of your day would be:
- Prepare the land sales office for trading and ensure integrity of signage is maintained.
- Ensure promotional material is on display as required.
- CRM management with regular follow up and updating.
- Capturing enquiry details, source and marketing related information.
- Liaising with builders in the area and cultivating professional relationships with them.
- Conduct client meetings and complete client management.
- All land sales duties including contract signing.
- Regular follow up with clients to ensure the contract proceeds through to a successful settlement.
- Liaise with head office regarding contracts, deposits etc...
- Report writing.
