Due to ongoing growth we are looking for an eager, driven and professional Owners Corporation Manager who will support the future growth of the business.
About the job
Your friendly and efficient approach to customer service and proactive nature will be the key driver of our customer service offering. Daily tasks include:
- Managing an established portfolio of residential and mixed use properties
- Preparation of budgets and conducting Annual General Meetings
- Providing advice to clients on relevant legislation
- Financial management of your Owners Corporations
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, contractors and external stakeholders
To assist with the ongoing management of your portfolio, you will have the services of a dedicated maintenance division, accounting team & senior management.
About you
Ideally you will possess:

At least 2 years Owners Corporation management experience.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Maintain a customer centric approach

Be able to work unsupervised in a busy environment

Have effective verbal and written communication skills

Be confident and self-motivated

Be proficient in your computer skills including the ability to use excel and word processing programs
