The Role
This opportunity exists for a passionate Property Manager with a minimum of three years' experience in end to end portfolio management. They offer superior marketing, more advanced technology, sharper skills and ongoing support and recognition for their Agents. You will have the opportunity to expand the portfolio with Business Development and will be incentivized for bringing in new listings and assisting in growth for the business.
Your duties will consist of:
- Portfolio management of 120 properties
- End to end Trust Accounting
- Managing rental arrears
- Owner and tenant liaison
- Business Development
- Conducting routine inspections in a timely manner
Skills and Experience
- Minimum three years as a Property Manager
- End to end Trust Account experience is essential
- Business Development experience advantageous
- Longevity in previous positions and looking for longevity in the next role
- Passionate for career progression and growth within the company
- Comprehensive understanding of legislation
