Senior New Homes Sales Executive role for a leading builder in NSW

Your new role
This is a critical end to end sales role that will see you be the first point of contact for all clients. You will drive sales for the NSW region and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will manage the process of taking deposits & signing contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you will have a strong understanding of the new home construction industry, excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality and the ability to develop lasting relationships. Also, a history of delivering exceptional sales results in paramount for this position.
What you'll get in return
A generous salary package will be offered to the successful candidate with realistic OTE of $200K - $250K. They are a well-established, national brand and they offer plenty of autonomy along with support when it’s needed. You will be based in a busy display suite in the South West region of Sydney.
