This vacancy is for a Senior Development Manager to work on a complex 900 lot residential masterplan community project with a national development group.

The project encompasses housing, community infrastructure including parks, playgrounds, and open spaces. It is a multi-staged project and therefore encompasses all aspects of the development program from feasibility, planning approval, sales campaigns and management of project teams.

The role includes: 

• Management of planning & development approval for residential subdivisions
• Preparation & lodgement of development applications.
• Preparation of Consultant briefs and appointment of project teams.
• Management of sales programs, financial performance and feasibility of developments.
• Overseeing project delivery through the management of internal & external building partners.
• Providing support to Project Coordinators & Assistant Development Managers

Salary is negotiable as we wish to remain flexible in order to secure the right people. 
As a guide, the preferred range is between $180,000,000-$280,000 as there are up to two positions available.
