Oliver Hume Real Estate Group has successfully marketed over 200 residential communities. Our Project Marketing specialises in the marketing and sale of land in new residential communities and residential subdivisions with each project subject to extensive pre-release research and planning.
Your Role
Reporting to the Sales & Training Manager, your role will be pivotal in supporting the ongoing success of our exceptional sales team.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing projects/workforce fortnightly roster including leave monitoring and recording
- Weekly reporting against KPIs and other standard/nonstandard reports
- Assist in preparing Commission Agreements, contracts, agency compliance requirements etc.
- Managing sales team phone enquiries
- Scheduling and monitoring performance reviews, inductions, training
- Coordinating special projects such as employee training and or client promotional events etc.
- Developing presentations, training materials, employee communications
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to divisional Directors
- Providing reception relief as part of a broader reception relief team
About You
You will have:
- Extensive administrative experience from a professional (ideally sales) environment
- Post Secondary qualifications in Office Administration (tertiary qualifications will be considered favourably)
- Advanced MS Suite, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- A strong track record on delivering to deadlines
- Exceptional planning and organising skills
- Experience with CRM reporting ideally Salesforce
