About your new role

We are looking to build our casual pool of Property Management Assistants (called Customer Service Coordinators internally) at our new and exciting property – UniLodge Park Central, located in Woolloongabba. This recently opened, state of the art property will be home to 1578 students across 2 towers.

The key focus of this role is offering exceptional customer service, assisting with property management tasks, reservations, administration and with the leasing of our student apartments.

The shifts available are from 4:30pm-7:30pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00am-4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please indicate your availability on your cover letter.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will:

  • Provide ongoing management of the apartments including inspections and maintenance requests.
  • Assist with pre and post occupancy inspections and also periodic room inspections.
  • Conduct room shows for prospective tenants.
  • Respond promptly to requests and enquiries from agents and potential residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective residents.
  • Check our residents in and out at the beginning and end of their tenancy.
  • Provide general administration support such as data entry, telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mail and filing etc.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Customer service experience in the accommodation, real estate or hospitality industry.
  • A QLD Certificate of Registration is essential for this role.
  • Strong property management background from a leasing perspective.
  • Previous experience with StarRez Property Management System will be highly regarded.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and manage conflict.
  • A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check and Working With Children’s Checks.
