We are seeking an energetic, motivated and customer focused team member to join our fast growing team with great communication skills and the ability to problem solve. The successful applicant must have a current Victorian driver's licence, Agents Representative Certificate and a drive to build and develop a strong client relationship. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly professional team. The role also offers ongoing training, development & support.
· Oversee a Portfolio of 150 with full leasing and administrative support
· Liaise with tenants and landlords
· 1 in 7 weekends
· Negotiating lease renewals and rental increases
· Conduct condition reports and inspections.

Skills and Experience:
