We are currently seeking a Property Management Administrator to be the backbone of support to a high performing team on a permanent part time basis (3 DAYS PER WEEK!). This role would be ideal for someone wanting to return from maternity leave or someone wanting to take a step back from every day property management. On a day to day basis, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Takeover management files
- Entering new files into system, landlords, properties, and tenants where needed
- Condition reports where needed
- Checking Owners Corp invoices
- NTV / Rent Increases / lease renewals
- Entering new files into system
- File Preperation
- Filing
- Tenant transfers
- processing of applications
- entering charges
- Exceptional time management skills
- Great communication skills
- Outstanding organisation and time management
- Ability to deliver high end customer service to owners and tenant
- Ability to work within a team
- Outstanding administration skills
- Prior experience in property management admin
