This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Developer Relationship Manager to continue to engage and build strong relationships with our developer customers and key development industry stakeholders.
If you are skilled in developing and nurturing customer relationships to deliver quality outcomes and influence business decisions – then this may be the role for you.
As a Developer Relationship Manager with Queensland Urban Utilities your role will involve proactively engaging with our developer customers to drive efficient and effective customer service delivery and monitor development industry activity. It’s all about the relationships you will build and the service you deliver!
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate significant understanding of the property and development sector and experience developing and managing strong relationships with developer customers. They will easily identify and progress new business opportunities, will implement a proactive engagement strategy to test tailored initiatives, mitigate risks and facilitate issue resolutions, will negotiate the execution of commercial contracts and agreements and will capture, analyse, monitor and share key customer insights and activities to develop customer focussed strategies..
You will be degree qualified in Business Management, Town Planning or a related field, or have significant relevant work experience relating to the industry. Knowledge of the utility sector would be beneficial, but it will be your innate ability to relate to people, to meaningfully engage with customers and build exceptional levels of trust, and to listen and act on their needs that will set you apart.
