Reporting to the Commercial Finance Director this position will be responsible for managing the identification, establishment, and associated fit outs for both new and existing Cubic offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to help champion Cubic’s growth!
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Day-to-day facilities operations
- Maintain relationships with key internal and external Cubic stakeholders
- Coordinate construction and fit-outs
- Coordinate contractors and sub-contractors in the maintenance of facilities
- Developing a long term facilities plan (3 – 5 years)
- Project manage Cubic relocations
- Assist in the negotiations on new facilities
- Management of one direct report
About You:
You will have a tertiary qualification in Facilities Management. You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. The successful candidates will have demonstrated experience managing large scale maintenance activities across multiple and remote facilities.
