We exist to enrich community experiences. We reimagine destinations of the future, creating places where people love to connect. We do this by creating unique and relevant consumer experiences, delivering compelling value to our retail partners and striving for excellence in everything we do.

Our vision within the Development Team is ‘creating places people love’. Our communities have choice. They decided where to spend their time, where to meet with friends, where to come together as a family and where to purchase what they need. When someone in our local community leaves their driveway and can choose whether to turn right or left, we want to make sure that we’re the destination at the end of that journey; again and again.

The key purpose of the Development Coordinator is to provide support to the Project and Development Managers across a range of functions throughout the development process for The Glen. The role will coordinate consultants and meetings for projects, assist with preparation of project approval applications and coordinate other business units to ensure on time and on budget project delivery.
