Our client
Allen Estate Agents is North Shore's Premier Boutique real estate agency, based in the heart of Crows Nest. We have a well-established portfolio of assets across the Lower North Shore, operating as specialists in the market. We are looking for a stand-out career driven individual to join our newly renovated, beautiful modern office.
As a critical member of the team, key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct showings of open homes;
- Conducting routine inspections of new and existing properties within the Allen Estate Agents portfolio;
- Completely see through tasks such as tenant enquiries or property issues from beginning to end;
- Manage company Social Media profiles;
- Organise appointments with land lords, tenants and creditors;
- Consistent communication across telephone and email to internal and external stakeholders;
- Ad hoc tasks such as file management and organising leasing package preparation.
Successful candidate
- Experience preferred but not necessary, all training provided;
- Must have own means of transportation – car space provided;
- Must have Certificate of Registration to work in real estate;
- Will be flexible in hours, working every 2nd Saturday;
- Must have excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously;
- Will be highly articulate across both written and verbal communication;
- Will be proficient in typing, spelling and grammar;
- Will be well presented and groomed as a representative of the Allen Estate Agents brand; and
- Will be adaptable in a team based office environment, willing to take on tasks upon request.
