You will receive a rewarding base salary + commission, which will give you the opportunity to determine your own salary. This is an internal role within our display homes .

What you will be doing: As a Sales Consultant you are responsible for meeting with potential clients and discussing the benefits of the Kurmond Home product which will in turn create sales for the business. Once a potential client comes through the door you must be able to immediate engage in showing the benefits of our homes. Additionally, you will master your abilities to up-sell high-end options to your customer. Job tasks and responsibilities

What you must have to apply for this role:

• Have a proven sales background.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and also convert a lead to a sale.
• Good personality, energetic and a positive attitude.
• Experience in sales and have knowledge of the building industry.
• Excellent Presentation.
• Must show initiative and re results driven.
• Develop a strong understanding of our target market and product.
• Must work weekends.
• Minimum 2 years in Real estate/ New home construction.
• Experience in Sales.
