A leading Australian retail asset owner is seeking to appoint a highly driven, professional and creative Retail Marketing Manager.


At the forefront of the Australian market, our client has an excellent reputation for delivering world class, high-end retail centres nationally, with marketing teams encouraged to push the boundaries, 'think outside the box’ and create innovative campaigns!


They are looking for a Marketing Manager to look after a portfolio of Centres, key responsibilities for the successful marketing manager will include:

• Develop and deliver innovative campaigns and property marketing activity
• Build and nurture relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
• Manage all public relations for the Centres
• Formulate, manage and monitor the marketing budget
• Continue development of the digital marketing landscape
• Work collaboratively with national teams as required
• Working across centres set for development

To be considered you will need:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in related discipline (preferred)
• Experienced in Shopping Centre or retailer Marketing (preffered)
• A team player with a willingness to support workplace flexibility
• A creative flare that sees you offer innovative ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and strong time management
• Strong leadership skills
• An outgoing, confident personality that is calm under pressure
• A genuine enthusiasm and passion for retail and marketing
