ACRWORLD has partnered with a leading national Property group to appoint a General Manager to join their team in a key senior leadership position and drive the Sales, Marketing & Operations functions. Our client has an integrated model with functions across Property Development, Funds Management, Real Estate Project Marketing, Property Management and more and are experiencing unprecedented growth across Australia. They have a supportive values-driven culture with high staff retention and operate with the utmost integrity.

Based out of their Melbourne CBD Head Office you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities and strategies including Channel Sales, sourcing and maintaining a quality pipeline of Apartment & Land stock, develop and maintain outstanding developer and builder relationships, as well as overseeing the leasing and property management divisions.

You will be a confident and inspiring leader and manage direct and indirect reports and internal and external stakeholders.  You will be accountable for monthly reporting to the board as well as all operational requirements including improving business performance by applying industry best practice solutions and systems, including CRM.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years management experience in Real Estate and or Development
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Law or Construction
  • Extensive understanding of residential land & apartment development
  • Strong networks and contacts within the Property industry
  • Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin language, both verbal and written due to managing both local and offshore sales relationships and teams (*note this is an essential requirement)
  • Experience in Melbourne preferred, however interstate applicants will also be considered
  • Full Real Estate Licence - OIEC
  • Experience in Real Estate Branch or franchisee management with experience in setting up operations and managing Channel Sales and Property Management will be highly regarded
A generous salary package commensurate with experience will be negotiated, comprising of a six figure base salary, super and performance based bonuses (not commission based). Based in Melbourne, you will also travel quarterly to China and Sydney & Brisbane more frequently.
