Ingenia Communities is a leading Australian property group that owns, operates and develops a growing portfolio of lifestyle communities and tourist parks across key urban and coastal markets. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager to support the team in Sydney.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Development Manager, you will assist the Development and Acquisitions team with the active development management of new and existing projects including conversion villages and manufactured estates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the development team on delivery of projects in line with project schedule
- Assist with delivery including monitoring feasibilites
- Administrative support; preparing reports, CAPEX forms, tenders and contracts
- Data Management (CRM) ensuring data is correctly updated
- Work alongside sales and marketing teams for each project
- Build positive working relationships with all stakeholders
About You:
- Solid experience in a similar role
- A background in residential planning preferred (ideally seniors living)
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- High level of commercial acumen
- Proactive with a positive attitude, patient and flexible in your work approach
- Well organised and able to prioritise effectively
