About your new position
We have an opportunity available for a proactive and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team of professionals.
Working as part of a wider team, you will be responsible for the operational, financial and lease management of a commercial property portfolio. Your varied tasks will include:
- Building strong relationships with your clients and tenants alike
- Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals
- Organising & monitoring building repairs and capex projects
- Preparation and management of outgoing budgets
- Arrears management and resolution of account queries
- Identifying commercial solutions whilst representing and upholding the Burgess Rawson brand and market reputation.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a solution orientated and confident individual who possesses a solid knowledge and skill base in all facets of property management.
Exposure to property accounting systems is essential and as a minimum you must hold a current Property Management Real Estate Licence, current WA drivers licence and access to a suitable vehicle to be used to visit and inspect the properties within your portfolio.
