Team Leader position with plan to move into Head of Department position
Excellent mentoring & training provided
Small well managed portfolio of 140 properties

We are searching for a Property Manager team leader who would like to be groomed to take over the department in the next 12 to 18months.

The successful candidate will be trained to ensure their ongoing growth and success within the business.

The current head of department would like to step back from the day to day management of the property managers residential & commercial and focus on the growth of the business.

The ideal candidate:

Love of property management
Team focused attitude
Experience in running a portfolio
REST experience an advantage by not essential
A desire to grow knowledge and learn how to manage people not just properties
Ability to take direction and learn from those around them

The successful candidate will:

Be trained in staff management
Will be exposed to commercial and residential portfolio's
Be trained on all internal processes and procedures with the option to improve and make change
Manage a local, well ran portfolio of 140 properties
Work 1 in 4 Saturday with Friday in lieu (all staff including HOD work)
