Our client is a successful franchise real estate group focusing on high performance, they provide a professional and thorough service to all their clients.
A position has become available for a Commercial Property Manager to join their Commercial team. Managing a prestige property portfolio, mainly in and around the Eastern Suburbs, you will be required to:

• Business management & strategy, including setting budgets
• Securing new tenants and assessing tenancy mix
• Negotiating new leases and rent al reviews 
• manage a tidy commercial portfolio of 70 properties 
• Processing and overseeing tenant fit outs
• Rent and expense budgeting
• Liaising with tenants on various issues

To be considered for this great career move you will have:

• Previous Experience as a Property Manager Managing Your Own Portfolio, preferably with commercial/industrial AND retail experience
• A comprehensive understanding of the Retail Leases Act
• A Confident & Assertive Personality with the Ability to Build Rapport Easily
• A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

Salary negotiable on experience.
