Vine Property Agents is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the role of Agent Support at our new Hendra office!

 

This position is an integral part of our sales team. You will be responsible for delivering the administrative and marketing tasks of our operations whilst assisting with customer service.

 

As an Agent Support, your daily tasks will include:

 

  • Preparing property appointment forms, property contracts and property related reports.
  • Adding customers and maintaining agency database.
  • Administering Vine Property Agents social media accounts.
  • Coordinating and administering property marketing campaigns.
  • Responding to customers by phone and electronic enquiry.
  • Coordinating minor repairs, painting, cleaning and other services for property’s for sale.

To be considered for the role you will possess:

 

  • Current QLD real estate registration certificate.
  • Current drivers licence and personal vehicle.
  • A desire to become a valued team member.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to a plan for large portions of time.
  • Attention to detail when completing documents and inputing data.
  • Courteous manner.
  • Ability to organise your work in order of priority and work for others.
  • Efficient computer skills and ability to learn new software and apps quickly.
  • experience in using popular social media platforms

 

Working in a similar role within the real estate industry or similar industry is highly regarded.
