An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our busy and expanding Property Management Company.
Based in our Hamilton office, this full-time role offers expansion opportunities and diversity for the right candidate, with offices based in Springfield Lakes, Hamilton and the Gold Coast. This fast-paced work environment will suit an experienced, high achieving property manager who wants to grow with the business and enjoy working alongside a team of motivated professionals.
Responsibilities include:
- Successfully managing a portfolio of 170 rental properties all within a 25km radius of the office
- Efficiency across all property management tasks
- Meeting targets and set KPIs
- Maintaining and managing relationships with clients including property owners, tenants and tradesmen
- Time management skills and organisation skills to efficiently process workload associated with portfolio
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum two years' experience as a property manager
- Current Queensland Certificate of Registration
- Current drivers licence
- Proficiency across industry trust accounting software including Console or similar
- Thorough understanding of Property Management legislation
- The ability to work in a busy environment and on occasion, mediate disputes
- Self motivated and disciplined in achieving tasks
- Ability to work as a team member and take direction, but also have the maturity and confidence to work autonomously
- Professional work ethic and excellent customer service
