We are seeking a confident and ambitious school leaver who wants to pursue a career in Real Estate. This is a full time position that presents a great learning opportunity for the right individual. No experience necessary but the successful candidate MUST be driven, motivated and have an outstanding of work ethic - please do not apply unless you feel like you can offer this to our already great team.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing telephone calls and for meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Providing admin support to Property Managers
- Managing general enquiries
- Managing the care of the reception area
Due to the high client contact nature of the role applicants must possess impeccable presentation and communication skills, personal attributes and skills will include:
- Ability to work in a small team environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic and a positive work ethic
- High level of competency in MS office
- Spelling and Grammar is a must
- Current driver's license
- Honest and reliable
The role is both busy and varied within a professional, team oriented work environment. We are ultimately seeking someone with an outstanding personality who is self motivated with a desire to learn.
