Experienced Senior Property Manager needed to cover a 12-month maternity leave position in the Inner North-East.  Work with one of Melbourne's best well known companies.  Room for other opportunities here.

What you need to know: 

• Portfolio of 190 properties 
• Work within an experienced team 
• Salary dependent on experience
• Software: Macpro & RP Office
• Standard hours Monday to Friday - 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Free 3 hour parking behind office

About you:

• Agents Representative Certificate
• Drives licence and your own vehicle
• 3 or more years experience managing a residential portfolio
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong prioritising, attention to detail and multitasking skills
