The Commercial Property Manager is part of the property investment team. The property investment team is responsible for delivering rental returns from strategically held property assets. The Property Manager will play a key role in supporting and retaining valued commercial tenants as well as helping to acquire new tenants in line with site-specific retail and tenant plans. This includes working with the creative production team on developing the preferred tenant database and generating leads.
Responsibilities

Tenant identification and acquisition

Negotiating and renegotiating leases

Managing tenant relationships through the full lifecycle

Rent setting, collecting, forecasting and adjusting

Marketing analytics and insights, customer segmentation

Maximize tenant occupancy rates and renewals

Managing tenant outgoings

Managing and coordinating third party agents
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8+ years experience in commercial property management (not residential) with demonstrative leadership skills and the ability to successfully retain, grow and develop a portfolio of commercial tenants.

Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

High level of emotional intelligence, strategic planning, problem-solving and influencing skills.

Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law.

Ability to manage and optimise property yields.
Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of property management systems (specifically Re-leased)

A good understanding of market conditions and benchmarks

A good understanding of lease terms (Nabers, Green Star, Outgoings etc)

Proficiency in spreadsheet skills, ideally on G Suite Sheets
