Skills and requirements
- Min 3 years strata experience as a manager as well as strong knowledge of legislation
- An absolute focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Strong administrative abilities
- High attention to detail
- Good communicator, verbal and written, with a diverse range of people
- Practical approach to problem solving
- Resolution focused - ability to follow through to completion
