The client
Our client has a fantastic reputation in the industry. They have very little staff turnover and a portfolio that is primarily made up of high end properties.  They are seeking another Property Manager that is truly customer service focused.

The role
As a Property Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150+ properties plus manage the Growth Portfolio. ALL portfolioscapped at 180! 
 
Skills & experience
What we are looking for an experienced Property Manager that has a flair for new business. 

You will also have;
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Positive attitude and be a team player
• Reliable Vehicle and valid drivers licence
