About the company:

Our client is at the forefront of Luxury residential builds, both apartments and townhouses. They are looking for an organised and well-presented property manager to handle their settlement hand overs. The predominate of this role will be liaising with both trades and clients to ensure the projects are fit for sale.

About the role:

Ensure all parties are happy pre-settlement
Arrange and conduct last minute inspections
Run through checklists with agents/buyers
Report any issues to the Property Coordinator so appropriate action can be taken

Requirements:

Well presented;
Experienced within the property/construction industry
A want to grow your career within the construction sector
Strong organisational skills
