We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who is looking for a career in Real Estate Sales.
Raine and Horne Salisbury is the most successful Raine and Horne office in the SA Franchise Group and has maintained its position as number 1 office for most of its 20 year trading history. Our employees, the primary drivers of our success, enjoy a very professional yet friendly office atmosphere and culture.
You will be trained intensively, one on one, for approximately one year. Initially, you will perform a sales support / personal assistant role, assisting your trainer with his real estate business. During this time you will learn systems, practices and procedures, then progressing into business development and prospecting, customer service, property appraisals and sales. from here it is expected you will transition into a full-time sales role possessing the knowledge and expertise required to earn an unlimited income.
Your trainer has 29 years experience in real estate sales and has successfully owned and run the business for the past 20 years. He has personally listed and sold hundreds of homes and managed the sale of thousands more. Consistently highly awarded including top salesperson in SA for the Raine and Horne group. He is extensively trained, including a Diploma in Real Estate and has mentored and trained many. There is very little he does not know about the business of residential real estate sales.

- Displaying and Practising a high degree of integrity, both business and personal ethics and honesty
- Flexibility and a willingness to be on call at all times with business opportunities preceding leisure time
- An enthusiastic and extroverted personality with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate, internet savvy and possessing a good grasp on social media
- A natural salesperson with commitment and tenacity and a passion for real estate
- Eagerness to learn, a "can do" attitude and a hunger for success

You will also need :
- Certificate IV in property services (real estate) or the willingness to enrol to obtain it
- Drivers Licence and a reliable vehicle

Initial remuneration shall consist of a base salary, car and phone allowance and incentive commissions.
