The Company 
This high profile and rapidly expanding development group is seeking a highly capable Development Manager with experience in land/communities  development.

With great financial backing and a long-term market objective to diversify the business along relevant fronts, this is a stand out role for a listed group that will offer great future career opportunities and will either be at Development Manager or Senior level, with a great career path ahead. 

The Role 
Based from their stylish A-grade Sydney CBD office, this position will be part of a team on a major ongoing projects with many moving parts. 

You will be working under a Development Director, with direct exposure to the full life of a project into a major community style development. This will involved retail and town centre elements, and also be involved in possible retirement living components. 

Within that team you will be a focused DM/SDM, handling a variety of tasks, ensuring successful delivery and handover of the scheme. 

Working alongside highly experienced Development professionals, this is a well managed and slick working machine for development on major sites.

The Candidate
Ideally you will already have a track record as a Project Manager or Development Manager within a greenfield/subdivision focused development environment. 

Candidates from a consultancy background are of interest so long as they have exposure to build led work. 

You will have a minimum of 5-10+yrs market experience and be looking for a fresh opportunity to develop yourself within a development environment.
