As part of this friendly, suburban commercial property company, this position would join the property management team, consisting of 4 property manager's, 3 administration support, as well as 2 trust accountants.
This office provides a great team environment and the portfolio is made up of 130 retail and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will come from a commercial background, whether it be as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager or a Commercial Property Manager.
Based in a lovely part of Melbourne's Inner CBD, the office uses RP Office and the role is full time, Monday to Friday.
The company is long standing and very successful, having been in the property industry for many years.
This is an ideal opportunity for those wanting to work close to home in a relaxed, friendly office with plenty of support as well as wanting some more exposure to commercial property management.
