The Role
This exciting opportunity exists for a Business Development Officer with at least two years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for Business Development to grow the company portfolios and work alongside passionate, supportive agents who are dedicated to providing a high level of service to their clients.
Your duties will include:
- Gaining new rental managements
- Canvassing the market for potential leads
- Prospecting
- Owner liaison
- All aspects of a BDO role!
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Business Development Manager
- Prior experience gaining new rental listings
- High attention to detail ability to think outside of the box
- Interested in Business Development and a desire to assist the agency in growing the portfolio
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- Valid Queensland Driver's License
- Strong communication skills
