Currently seeking a Retail Asset Manager to manage a portfolio of neighbourhood shopping centres throughout Victoria. Working directly for the client you will manage, maintain and build on the existing tenant relationships.

Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, this super boutique specialises within the Australian retail and commercial property industry. Demonstrating a very strong network within the market, this client is well known for it's collective expertise and repeat business.
Description
You will be joining a highly experienced shopping centre management team who be able to offer you ongoing support and training. You will be required to carry out all aspects of Property Management including liaising with tenants, financial management and arrears, negotiation of leases, maintenance and CAPEX and working closely with the landlord in executing strategy to maximise value of the portfolio.
* Please note that this portfolio consists of a majority of newly developed shopping centres*
Profile
To be successful in this role, you must display the following qualities:
- Proven retail property management experience in neighbourhood shopping centres or of the like;
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills;
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and business sense;
- A team orientated focus, with the ability to work with a range of internal and external personnel;
- Confident and self-motivated, with a willingness to contribute ideas, views and expertise.
